Freestanding Jib Crane Installation Options
01Base Plate Installation
The base plate is fixed directly to the concrete floor with anchor bolts.
- Prepare the concrete floor and ensure it is level and solid.
- Clean the floor surface.
- Place the base plate in position.
- Install anchor bolts and tighten the nuts.
- Check the level and tighten all nuts.
02Chemical Anchor Bolt Installation
The base plate is anchored to the concrete floor using chemical anchor bolts.
- Drill holes in the concrete floor at the required positions and depth.
- Clean the holes thoroughly.
- Inject chemical adhesive into the holes.
- Insert anchor bolts and wait for the adhesive to cure.
- Place the base plate and tighten the nuts.
03Embedded Foundation Installation
The base is fixed to the embedded cage poured together with the foundation.
- Build the foundation and position the embedded cage.
- Ensure the cage is level and securely fixed.
- Pour concrete and allow it to fully cure.
- Place the base plate on the anchor bolts.
- Tighten the nuts and check the level.
