ZT Standard Explosion-Proof Electric Wire Rope Hoists are specially designed for flammable and explosive environments. Adopting flameproof structure, all key components undergo special flameproof treatment, completely isolating internal potential electric sparks and high temperature inside the flameproof enclosure, eliminating the risk of igniting external explosive mixtures at the source. It is applicable to three gas explosion-proof grades: dIIA, dIIB and dIIC, and widely used in hazardous sites with explosive gas or dust, such as chemical raw material warehouses, petroleum storage yards and chemical pump houses.

Refined Oil Storage Area in Petrochemical Plants

The area stores refined oil such as gasoline and diesel with severe oil gas volatilization. Being heavier than air, the oil gas tends to accumulate near the ground. The explosion-proof hoist can safely perform full-process operations including daily loading and unloading, tank maintenance and emergency rescue in high-risk oil and gas environments. It fundamentally eliminates three major ignition sources: electric sparks, friction sparks and static accumulation, building a solid final line of defense for safe production in the storage area.
