The CD electric wire rope hoist features relatively fast lifting and traveling speeds. Compared with electric chain hoists and European electric wire rope hoists, it can significantly improve the efficiency of each lifting cycle, reduce idle waiting and handling time, and is more suitable for high-efficiency load operation conditions. To meet the traveling requirements of a 5t trackless gantry crane, we provide customized rubber wheel sets and a driving system:
- Structural configuration: 2 driven wheels + 2 idle wheels arranged symmetrically, effectively ensuring operational balance and straight traveling accuracy while reducing the risk of deviation.
- Dimensions: Driven wheel diameter 250 mm, idle wheel diameter 200 mm. The wheels are rubber-coated, ensuring smooth traveling, no damage to the floor, low noise, and excellent wear resistance, suitable for epoxy flooring, concrete floors, and other ground conditions.
- Load capacity: Rated load of 2 tons per wheel, meeting the safety requirements of a 5t trackless gantry crane under full load and dynamic operating conditions.
