Produkteinf\u00fchrung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Hochleistungs-Vakuumheber f\u00fcr Bleche sind speziell f\u00fcr das Handling schwerer Bleche ab 3 Tonnen konzipiert. Jedes Ger\u00e4t wird individuell an die jeweilige Anwendung angepasst und nicht aus einem Standardkatalog ausgew\u00e4hlt. Gro\u00dfformatige Bleche erfordern eine hohe Vakuumleistung. Der Hochleistungs-Vakuumheber f\u00fcr Bleche deckt in seinen Konfigurationen einen Bereich von 3.000 kg bis 20.000 kg ab. Er eignet sich f\u00fcr mittelschwere Fertigungsplatten ebenso wie f\u00fcr \u00fcbergro\u00dfe Bleche und Profile, die in der Schwerindustrie von Stahlwerken \u00fcblich sind. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hochleistungs-Vakuumheber aus Blech kombinieren Hochleistungs-Vakuumpumpen mit Mehrkreis-Vakuumsystemen, um eine gleichm\u00e4\u00dfige und hohe Haltekraft \u00fcber die gesamte Auflagefl\u00e4che zu gew\u00e4hrleisten \u2013 selbst bei weitgespannten Platten mit ungleichm\u00e4\u00dfiger Lastverteilung. Der Rahmen besteht aus nach nationalem Standard gefertigtem Vierkantstahlrohr und bietet die notwendige Stabilit\u00e4t f\u00fcr sicheres und stabiles Heben in diesen Gewichtsklassen. Keine Abk\u00fchlzeit, kein Engpass.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Importierte Vakuumpumpen- und Ventilbaugruppe<\/strong>Hochleistungspumpen in Kombination mit Pr\u00e4zisionsregelventilen liefern den Durchsatz und die Zuverl\u00e4ssigkeit, die f\u00fcr den Dauerbetrieb mit 50 Tonnen erforderlich sind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Anwendungsspezifische Konfiguration<\/strong>Padtyp, Padanzahl, Anordnung, Rahmengeometrie und Leistungseinstellungen werden individuell auf Ihr Werkst\u00fcck abgestimmt \u2013 nicht aus einem Standardkatalog ausgew\u00e4hlt. Spezielle Pad-Mischungen f\u00fcr Edelstahl und Aluminium verhindern Oberfl\u00e4chenbesch\u00e4digungen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Akkumulator + Druck\u00fcberwachung<\/strong>H\u00e4lt das Vakuum bei kurzzeitigem Stromausfall aufrecht.
