To meet this need, we provided a flexible procurement solution, supplying the full set of overhead crane components except for the main girder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under a strict delivery schedule, we coordinated the design and production planning simultaneously. All dimensions and specifications were fully customized to the client\u2019s requirements, ensuring precise adaptation to the on-site structure. This approach allows for rapid installation and reliable operation, while completing all deliveries on schedule, meeting the client\u2019s dual requirements for both timeline and performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Client Procurement Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Overhead Crane Kits: Purchase 4 sets of 5-ton high-specification overhead crane kits without the main girder. The kits must be compatible with 415V\/3Ph\/50Hz power supply. The trolley should fit H-beams with a height of 600\u202fmm and width of 210\u202fmm\/220\u202fmm, and the end beams should accommodate 50\u202fmm \u00d7 50\u202fmm rails.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electric Chain Hoists: Purchase 2 sets of 2-ton electric chain hoists for a single-girder crane system. Both hoists must be compatible with two H-beam sizes (height 250\u202fmm \u00d7 width 125\u202fmm, and height 300\u202fmm \u00d7 width 140\u202fmm).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery Schedule: The client requires strict adherence to the delivery timeline. All goods must be delivered to the specified location within the agreed timeframe.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customized Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Overhead Crane Kits: Precisely Matched to On-Site Girders and Rails<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Provided 4 sets of 5-ton high-specification overhead crane kits, including all components except the main girder, such as the electric hoist, end beams, pendant control, remote control, aviation connectors for easy electrical connections, and the power rail system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The trolley is equipped with buffers and fits the client\u2019s existing H-beams (height 600\u202fmm, width 210\u202fmm\/220\u202fmm).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>End beams have a height of 200\u202fmm, including connection flanges and bolts, as well as infrared anti-collision devices, designed to fit 50\u202f\u00d7\u202f50\u202fmm rails, ensuring safe and reliable operation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All parameters are fully customized according to client requirements, guaranteeing optimal performance. Specifications: lifting capacity 5\u202ft; lifting heights 6\u202fm and 9\u202fm; lifting speed 5\/0.8\u202fm\/min; trolley and overall travel speed 2\u201320\u202fm\/min.
